She was a Soviet speed skater. She was known as a Honored Master of Sports. Sadchikova graduated of the Smolensk State Institute of Physical Culture. Throughout her career she won several awards, she was world champion in the sprint round in 1978. She won silver medal four times and bronze medals twice. She was also a USSR champion at distances of 500 m in 1975 and1978 and of 1000 m in 1974, 1976 and 1977.
